Custom Race Guidelines

For starters im far more likely to approve a race as at a lower rank than i am one at a higher rank. I don't want a bunch of SS and S class Races.

Also , keep in mind when making your race the balancing issues , i cant have them be unbeatable just because of their race , its simply just one mechanism or RP.

Lastly BE DESCRIPTIVE! Im more likely to approve something that you have poured more time into , i don't want to see applications that are simply the bare minimums. I don't want to have to make a minimum word count but i will if things get out of hand.
