Sticky Faction Information

So for those that wish to know. Some factions are "Sticky" to remain at the top of the Faction lists. These factions are key factions and will play large roles in the upcoming story Events. If you have an Idea for a major story event and want it to include your faction just send me a PM and give me your idea , If i like it your faction will become "Sticky" and the plot will unfold at some point.
